Yes! 9mmAmmo.com uses a live inventory system that automatically removes product from our website the moment the last unit is ordered. If you see it on our website, it is in stock and ready to ship.
How soon will my product ship and what will the shipping costs be?
Your order will ship within 48 hours. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided so that you can know when to expect delivery (Please note FedEx online tracking may not update as soon as we receive a tracking number). To calculate shipping costs add your products to the shopping cart and press the "Get a quote" button in your cart . Enter the zip code that the order will be shipped to and the shipping charges will appear on the checkout screen. Note we can not ship to a P.O. Box. We also do not offer the ability to combine orders.
How can I request that my package is sent “Signature Required”?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please simply forward this e-mail and your request to sales@9mmAmmo.com. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per package for signature required servicing.
Can 9mmAmmo.com ship to my location?
You must do your own independent research to check your local laws for restrictions before ordering ammunition products. Currently, due to state regulations, 9mmAmmo.com is not able to ship to AK, HI, MA, New York City, Cook County, City of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento. Additionally, if your order is being shipped to IL or NJ we need documentation before we can ship your order-please email us at sales@9mmAmmo.com.
How can I cancel my order?
You can email us at sales@9mmAmmo.com, but because of the rush to ship orders out by 48 hour timeline please submit your request as soon as possible as it may already have been processed by the shipping department and packaged to send.
Do you take orders over the phone?
At this time we do not offer ordering over the phone, only website sales.
Can I return product to 9mmAmmo.com?
Sorry, but because of the industry we are in, we do not accept any product returns under any circumstances. If we did this, we would have no way of really knowing what could have happened to the product during transit or while in the hands of someone else and therefore we would be risking the safety of our customers if we accepted the returned product. Please just be very careful that you select the product you really want when you are placing your order.
